Sol and his Associates are the best. They will continue to work on a problem until it is fixed, no matter if it takes multiple visits, you will not be sitting around for days with a broken machine because they are "busy". And they check back later, these guys are true to their service goals. Their price may not be the lowest but when you put in the commitment to service, it is a mistake to choose any other.

Called this company in the morning, Damion came out & fixed our existing old unit and gave us the best estimate for an entirely new unit. He was very clear about all the work to be done, warranties...The guys showed up right when they said they would. They were all very polite, clean, hard-working and our A/C is kicking. This is my second review since hiring Quality Control last summer for 24 hour emergency service when the AV quit working. Damion showed up, fixed the AC and I was so impressed with his work ethic that I signed up with Quality Control's maintenance service plan. Later in the fall, Christian came to the my house to tune up and clean the AC. I told him that I wanted a new AC but that it had to be moved away from the backyard because that's where my screened in porch it. We talked in great depth about this possibility of making this happen and since the old AC was still working, he suggested that we wait until the off months when it would be cooler out. He called me in January to ask if I still wanted Quality Control to do the upgrades. I said yes and he came out and gave me an estimate. I scheduled an appointment and the next week, the team (Brian, Damion and Adam) showed up to install a new Tempstar. They also put in new copper wiring under the house, a dust free allergy Gold air filter, a UV light air purifier and a Honeywell Home thermostat. Brian cleaned and repaired the rotted wood in the AC closet as well. The filter had to be ordered and Christian came the next day to install it. I was very happy with the estimate and I was given a discount for having the work done in the off season. Thanks so much Quality Comfort. These guys are true professionals in every sense. I could not be happy with the service they provided. They were not my first choice, however, they certainly will be from now on. I had a horrible experience with very well known AC name in Brevard County, and they completely misdiagnosed my issue due to plain laziness. I was recommend Quality Comfort, from a friend and these guys didn't disappoint. The are trustworthy, honesty, and thorough. They gave in-depth explanation on all aspects of the job. They truly care about the quality of work performed. Damion, Brian, and AJ are FANTASTIC! Stop scrolling down the list on google, and call them.

My first intro came when I let them in to service my neighbor's HVAC. Right from the get-go, I was impressed with Quality Comfort. Ultimately, I hired them to service my HVAC unit & subsequently purchased their Service Contract. My thanks, first to Liz who is your first contact! I love her phone calls keeping me apprised of arrival times! Service Technicians Crystian & Adam are very knowledgeable & efficient! They are patient, caring & explain their work in plain English! I do recommend that you at least give them a chance!

We had a new a/c installed a few months ago. Damion and his crew were great. The county inspector even commented how clean the install was! Fair and honest pricing.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service of Quality Comfort. Even though we've only been with them for a short time, they have come through for us in a big way. Most recently we had a part go bad in our heat and air unit just before a cold spell hit. Damion was diligent in locating and installing the (hard to find) part needed and had us up and running before the cold weather arrived. Very thankful!

This company is fantastic. Very polite and courteous. Used shoe covers when they came into my home. Service is wonderful and we had a new AC unit installed in less than a day that works great. THE BEST SERVICE AND RESULT I HAVE "EVER" HAD FROM ANY SERVICE COMPANY AND I AM 76 YEARS OLD. MY A/C WENT OUT AND THEY WERE THERE RIGHT ON TIME. I WAS EXPECTING TO PAY THOUSANDS AS MY UNIT WAS ABOUT 15-20 YEARS OLD. THEIR TOTAL BILL WAS $75.00 AND THE REPAIR ONLY TOOK ABOUT A HALF HOUR. THEY EVER PROMISED IF A RETURN CALL WAS NEEDED, THERE WOULD BE NO SERVICE CHARGE. THEY WERE HONEST, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. DON'T CALL ANOTHER COMPANY! THIS IS THE BEST EVER.

From the first phone call on our experience with Quality Comfort has been A+. Very friendly and professional! Came out the same day our AC went out. Replaced the entire system the next day! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The guy we had come into our home was very knowledgeable about our air conditioning unit and friendly with us and our dog. It is an older unit and he found a burned wire in our system that was creating the burning smell we smelled in the house prior to his visit. We asked him to give us a quote for a new air conditioning system so that we may be able to budget to buy one in the near future, but have not received a quote yet. I'm hoping we will receive one soon. My husband remembers the name of the man who came to visit.

Damion, Sol, Brian and Eric were great. Damion came in the beginning to check some issues with our old system which was 25 years old. After some discussion I decided to install a complete new system. Before he left that day I knew the cost to the penny and the install date. They guys arrived a little after 9am on installation day and had my entire new system installed by about 1:30. They were very professional and each knew what their job was. They cleaned up when they were done and took all the trash with them. There was a little glitch with the air handler about a week after installation on a Saturday. I notified Quality and within an hour Saul was here to take care of it. I also don't want to neglect Samantha in the office. When it comes to her helping the customer and the guys in the field she is 'ON IT'. I personally think Quality is outstanding and would recommend them for any service or installation you may need. Thanks to all.

My AC system broke down Easter Sunday. I waited to call Quality Comfort until the next day , Monday early AM. They already had a full schedule for the day but managed to fit me in for a service call. I called them because I have been using them for regular checkups and have been happy with their service. The tech. found the problem and gave me three possible solutions to get my AC running. He also told me I should consider my AC was 14 years old when deciding which option I chose. It was nice to have the choice on how to get this fixed with out them pressuring me to buy a new system . I liked their flat rate pricing . Good service & fair pricing.

The appointment for service was right on time. Dameon was polite and professional and after a few basic questions went to work. He was open about the condition of my equipment and shared where there may be a problem in the future. I found his information to be very helpful and would be glad to have him service our units in the future.

I am very happy with the new unit. The install team went the extra mile for a quality installation. The job included removing the old AC unit and installing the new unit in a different location. The team removed the old exterior wiring and even patched the holes from the connection box. On the inside they included PVC to pour vinegar/bleach into the drain lines. These may seem like small details, but they really impressed me.

Techs are very thorough and professional and always offer a detailed account of what is wrong, and what can be done to correct it. Plus, they are on call 24 hours.

As AC units seem to do, ours developed an issue over a holiday weekend. We called Quality Comfort Tuesday morning. Even though they were slammed, we got on the schedule and our technician arrived in the early afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, performed the needed maintenance, and also checked to be sure no other issues were present in the system. We were thoroughly pleased with all aspects of our experience.

This company is ran like a 1940's business. From the phone call when set up the appointment to have them arriving on time to The service call . The professionalism of the work. I've been using this company for 11 years and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. Customer service is number one with this company. They treat every call like it's their own house. They installed a inside and outside AC unit in my house because that's what I wanted. Because my unit was getting older. I could tell you they did an excellent job. I didn't even know that they were there for the installation they were very quiet and efficient. They went above and beyond that any other air condition company could even think of. They are a trustworthy company and I would recommend this company to everybody.

When they did the installation in my house my neighbors cannot believe the extent of professionalism and how much they really care are you as a person and how fast they got the job done. My neighbors have also called them since my install for their house they have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company.

I am customer for life. Also my neighbors are customers for life also. There are not many businesses around like this anymore. Other businesses just treat you like a number not like a person.

On May 25th I realized that my A/C was not putting out cold air, yet the fan was running. I could hear something in the box on the unit trying to switch on but wouldn't work so I immediately called Quality Comfort Air. It was probably sometime after 5:00 P.M. and I had to leave a message. A short while later a really nice lady phoned me back and I told her what I knew not expecting help until the next day. She said that she thought that she had someone close by and she would call me back. It was then somewhere around 7:00 or so when she called me back and said someone would be here in 5 minutes to check it out. I was really surprised and thanked her. About 10 to 15 minutes later a real nice young man came out and discovered the problem. I inquired as to where he was, and he replied that he had been at home eating dinner. He then found the problem and replaced a part with a 1-year warranty parts and labor. I paid him, thanked him so very much as he had just made my wife, myself and 3 Australian Shepherds very happy. This service is how things use to be many years ago and they are few and hard to find anymore. Thank you for great service Quality Comfort Air!

I would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Quality Comfort. They were easy to talk to, a very nice receptionist and the technicians went beyond their duties to keep a satisfied customer. There was water all over the floor from a bad condensation pump and the techs. cleaned up all of the water and fixed the AC problems at a very fair price. I will be calling them again. Ron

Great company. Great service. Service technician Jim showed up when he was scheduled and is very skilled & knowledgable. The work he was doing was explained, choices were given to me-not decided for me, rates are very reasonable. Even though my a/c unit is 15 years old, buying a new unit wasn't put as only decision. I just bought home, so fixing what I have to last a bit longer is what I need to do. We have a game plan to hopefully keep that happening. When I do buy, it will be through this company only! All of the people at Quality Comfort have been nice. Keep up the terrific work!

We rec iv d same day service and receives a great education on the newest most efficient models out on the market from our techs.

These folks are the 4th A/C company that I have tried in Melbourne and to this point they are the best. I would definitely use them again. The young lady on the phone was very nice and courteous. I told her what had happened (as I was outside when it went out and could hear the noise, but the fan wasn't turning), and what I thought was wrong with the A/C. She seemed to be concerned and said that they would get me up and working as soon as possible. I called on a Friday a few minutes after 1:00 P.M., she gave me a 2-hour window that same day between 2:00 & 4:00 P.M that same day. They were there before 2:00 P.M., diagnosed my problem, gave me a fair price and replaced my fan motor and checked everything else to make sure that it was running at its optimum potential. He even discovered where another company had wired the heating element incorrectly and immediately placed the wires on the correct connectors. The gentleman gave me a price for the work to be done prior to doing the work and even though there were a couple of problems incurred, he stuck to the charges quoted at the beginning. The other A/C companies that I have had here have been late to very late, unapologetic, higher charges, extra charges after being given a cost, they try to sell you something else, sometimes even rude. And then there was the one (Durham and Sons) that I had used once before and I called them and left a message twice, they never even called back. I guess that they didn't need my business and guess what, they will never get it again. So, in closing, THANK YOU Quality Comfort Air & Heat, I am a happy customer.

I am new to Florida & knew very little about a/c systems. I was looking for a reputable co. & after much deliberation called Quality Comfort A/C for a maintenance tune up plus a system evaluation.

Jim was the tech., and he took the time to explain the age, condition, & recommended the maintenance procedures I should do myself. Very professional & on time. Jim explained to me that systems only last about 10 years & my system is12 years old. He said it was in good working condition for now but was preparing me for what may come soon. These guys are the best! They replaced my 43 year old gas furnace and duct work with a new HVAC system with heat pump. Everything was done in a thorough and professional manner. Jim and Sol showed up when they said they would and worked continually and efficiently until the job was done. The price was very good and the warranty is excellent. They gave me tips on how to run the system efficiently, how to flush the lines and the correct filters to purchase in the future. I highly recommend these guys!
